Music at the Mint - Kristina Morales: Jazz Singer & Band

A New Orleans vocalist of jazz, Latin, soul and rock, Kristina Morales electrifies and charms her audience with a vulnerable passion and is commended for her use of vocal instrumentation while still giving lyrical color with a delicate seamlessness.

From both a technical and cultural standpoint, the performance space at the Mint compliments the Louisiana State Museum’s mission to collect, preserve and interpret buildings, documents, and artifacts that reveal Louisiana’s history and culture; and to present those items using both traditional and innovative technology to educate, enlighten, and provide enjoyment for the people of Louisiana and its visitors.
