IWO (Independent Women Organization) Party with a Purpose-Networking

The IWO (Independent Women's Organization) is a democratic women's group started in New Orleans in 1939. The mission of the group is to get women to run for political office, support women who are running for office, and to get them interested in politics. We have membership events where are looking for new members. This is a great time to meet "like-minded" women and do some great networking. There is a cash bar and food for purchase. Also live music by "Band in the Pocket"
