Join Alison Zink, New Orleans Community Manager for Google+ Local, to learn about how Google+ can help you get closer to your customers. Learn about how to use Google+ tools to maximize your business' presence on Google, allowing you to have real conversations with the right people at the right time. Alison will also present information about Google+ Local, Google's new tool for online reviews, which has recently integrated content from Zagat. Make sure that your company is in the know as you manage its online presence facing the biggest audience in the world – the 5 billion people who search on Google each day.
 
Bryan Davis from Zydeco Media will also be on hand to outline best practices and social media tips for businesses to use online when connecting to current fans and future patrons. Social media networks like Google+ can be important tools to help with customer service, but businesses need to first establish an action plan when bringing the experience in the store front to the digital space. Zydeco Media will talk about those first steps.
