Celebrate Easter Sunday (April 8) at Café Opéra’s sumptuous Easter Brunch. Chef Philippe Andreani will create crawfish cakes in Creole mustard sauce, Bienville oysters, Creole roasted potatoes, lamb medallions in rosemary jus, curried chicken on basmati rice, and many more delicious items. If you decide to join the chef and his staff for Easter Brunch, be sure to bring your camera because the Easter bunny will be on hand to greet the children. A live jazz trio will be providing the soundtrack for the event. Complimentary parking (based on availability) will be provided at the Inn on Bourbon’s valet parking garage on Toulouse Street.
