DESCRIPTION:The French Quarter Business Association has partnered with Higher Power NOLA to offer service industry yoga!\n\n\n\nWorking on your feet all day can take it's toll on the body\, not to mention the fast-paced schizophrenic nature of customer demands. Take an hour to open those tight places that are caused by repetitive movements\, to take care of the legs that carry you all day\, and find zen for your overworked mind. Each class will have you feeling looser\, lighter\, and more focused- leaving you ready to take on your next shift.\n\n\n\nARRIVAL\n\nClasses start promptly as scheduled\, please arrive 5- 10 minutes before the start of class. Please note that if it's a sold-out class\, you must be checked-in and on your mat at the official start of class.\n\n\n\nCELL PHONES\n\nOut of consideration for your fellow riders\, yogis\, and the instructor\, put your phone on silent/vibrate while you are in the studio. Phones are not allowed in our classes\; texts\, calls\, FB post notifications are a distraction and we want you and your fellow classmates to get the most out of your workout. Lockers located in the main lobby are provided to keep your valuables secure while you sweat!\n\n\n\nWHAT SHOULD I WEAR? \n\nWe recommend wearing a tank top or t-shirt and comfortable leggings or shorts.\n\n\n\nWHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?\n\nWater!\n\nHydration is key! We have a water cooler in our studio\, as well as bottled water for purchase. We provide towels to mop the sweat. And trust us\, you'll need one or maybe three. Please bring a mat for all yoga\,  classes. If you forget one\, no worries you may rent a mat for $2.\n\n\n\nThere are three showers available on site.\n\n\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY\n\nCan't make it to class?\n\nSimply cancel your reservation 3 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations can be made online or by calling the studio.
